These posters use the same high-quality specifications as our premium poster range, combining quality paper stocks with enhanced printing and specialist finishing on larger formats.

1. Who can order VAT-free charity posters?
VAT-free printing is available for eligible charities and qualifying orders where the relevant VAT conditions are met. If you’re unsure whether your organisation or order qualifies, please contact our team before ordering.
2. What sizes and paper options are available?
Choose from A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0, with a minimum order of just one poster.
A4 & A3: 350gsm silk or uncoated paper, with optional matt lamination.
A2, A1 & A0: 160gsm poster paper with enhanced print settings and colour-enhancing raised varnish.
All posters are full colour, single-sided, and available in portrait or landscape.
3. What is the colour-enhancing raised varnish?
A2, A1 and A0 posters include a specialist raised varnish applied to selected areas of the design. It creates a subtle raised, satin-to-mild-gloss finish that helps colours, logos and graphics stand out.
4. Can I upload or design my own artwork?
Yes. You can upload your own print-ready artwork or create your poster using our online Design Studio. Artwork should include 5mm bleed on all sides.
5. Do you check my artwork before printing?
Yes. Every order includes our free artwork pre-flight check. We check for common issues such as missing bleed and crop marks and, where possible, make minor adjustments. If we find an issue that could affect the finished result, we’ll contact you before printing.
