1. Can charities order giant paper cheques without VAT?
Yes. Eligible charities can receive qualifying giant paper cheque orders VAT-free when a valid charity registration number is provided. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact our team before ordering.
2. What sizes are your giant paper cheques available in?
Choose from six standard sizes:
* Small: 800 × 400mm
* Medium: 1000 × 500mm
* Large: 1200 × 600mm
* X Large: 1500 × 750mm
* XX Large: 1800 × 900mm
* XXX Large: 2400 × 1200mm
Larger or bespoke sizes may be available on request, depending on your requirements.
3. What are giant paper cheques printed on?
Our giant cheques are printed on 130gsm blueback paper, with a smooth white front for vibrant full-colour printing and a blue reverse to help prevent show-through. The lightweight material makes them easy to transport and hold, while offering mild water resistance for light rain. They are not waterproof and should be protected from prolonged exposure to wet weather.
4. Can I customise my giant charity cheque?
Yes. Upload your own print-ready artwork featuring your charity branding, logo, donation amount, recipient details and message. We provide a free artwork pre-flight check and will contact you if we identify an issue that could affect the finished print. If you need design work or significant artwork changes, our graphic design service is available for an additional fee.
5. Are paper giant cheques a good alternative to rigid cheques?
Our paper giant cheques provide a lightweight and cost-effective alternative to rigid board options such as Foamex. They’re easy to transport and hold for presentations and photographs, making them particularly suitable for one-off charity donations and events. All cheques are single-sided, full colour and trimmed to your chosen size.
6. How many can I order and how quickly can they be produced?
Standard non-quoted orders are limited to up to five cheques, with a standard turnaround of one working week. Larger quantities or bespoke requirements can be arranged by contacting our team for a quote.
