| I’m the Web Developer at GD Print, where I’ve been working for 1 year. My role is all about creating and supporting our website and customers so staff can navigate it correctly whilst making it as simple as possible to do so. What I enjoy most is seeing our website succeed, it's rewarding to work with and see reviews from happy customers! My favourite projects are wedding and event printing, as I love knowing our work plays a part in people’s big moments. Throughout my experience at GD I have already helped multiple people get their dream wedding printing, assisting them in document setup and the printing process. At GD Print, we’re reliable, creative, and friendly, and I take pride in helping customers get the best results by suggesting the right materials and finishes for their design. With over 40 years of experience as a company, we bring both expertise and genuine care to every project. |  |
My Role and Responsibilities
 | In my role as GD Print’s primary web developer, I focus on keeping our online presence running smoothly and effectively. A big part of my work involves improving our website’s visibility through SEO, adding new products, and developing features that make the site easier and more enjoyable for customers to use. I also keep a close eye on customer feedback to enhance the overall user experience. Beyond web development, I support other areas of the business when needed. This includes helping with print jobs and packing, as well as assisting customers through our online chat. Whether it’s guiding someone through placing an order or creating a custom quote, I make sure our customers have the support they need to bring their printing projects to life. |
